625th Anniversary Kick-Off:
Please join the Rektor of Universität Heidelberg and fellow alumni to celebrate the kick off for the 625th anniversary as well as the 3rd annual national HAUS meeting in Chicago on the weekend of October 1-3, 2010.

HUMBOLDT RESEARCH AWARD
Heidelberg Alumna and HAUS Leadership Committee member Prof. Dr. Jaklin Kornfilt has been elected the recipient of a Humboldt Research Award after having been nominated for this award by the German scientist Prof. Dr. Klaus von Heusinger, University of Stuttgart.
Jaklin Kornfilt is a faculty member of Syracuse University, Department of Languages, Literature & Linguistics. This award is conferred in recognition of lifetime achievements in research. In addition, the  awardee is invited to carry out research projects of her own choice in cooperation with specialist colleagues in Germany. Congratulations!
